The McDonald's in North Muskegon has been in a complete downfall in both quality and service over the past year or so. I have had to return food due to poor quality, wrong food items and other reasons. I have Not received a "Fresh" Burger at this place in well over a year. Fries at McDonalds used to be the best fries and menu item in most burger places. No longer is this the case.
Slow service. Missing food in most orders. I get people need to be trained but the guy had ABSOLUTELY no idea what to do and nobody was helping him.
Slow service there yesterday and were under staffed for the amount of business they were getting. Update 12--7-2017, their service was better today. Their tables were mostly clean and the fries were fresh out of the fryer.
Well, I wanted a hot pumpkin pie, but they were out. So they gave us an extra Apple pie. Not my fav. But thanks any way.
McDonalds is in a total free fall. Mcdonalds, sadly, is honestly the worst burger place in America.
This location is perhaps the best in the Muskegon area. Food sometimes takes a minute or two longer but it is always fresh, tasty, and properly made.
